Ilika CEO on FY26 highlights as Stereax sales begin and Goliath makes giant leaps

lika PLC (AIM:IKA, OTCQX:ILIKF, FRA:I8A) CEO Graeme Purdy joined Proactive's Stephen Gunnion to discuss commercial progress across the company's Stereax and Goliath solid-state battery programmes. Purdy said Ilika has reached a significant milestone with Stereax, having recognised around £100,000 in revenue from the sale of commercial-grade electrodes to Cirtec for incorporation into the M300 product, due to launch later this year. A second income stream through product royalties is expected once devices reach end customers. "We have actually transitioned into a product revenue generating business," he said. On Goliath, Purdy said 10Ah prototype cells have been shipped to OEM and commercial customers for evaluation. While originally developed for electric vehicles, the prototypes have attracted strong interest from defence and e-bike markets, with Ilika now prioritising commercialisation in those non-EV segments. Key milestones to watch over the next 12 to 18 months include deeper Cirtec collaboration, Stereax integration into medical device platforms, additional Goliath commercial agreements, early non-EV revenues and progress towards Ilika's first licensing agreement. Ilika (AIM:IKA) says it's now a revenue-generating business, with initial royalties from its Stereax miniature solid-state batteries expected in its 2027 financial year. Releasing its 2026 results, the company said its larger Goliath battery is also attracting interest from defence and e-bike markets, including a collaboration with Brompton Bicycle. Allergy Therapeutics (AIM:AGY) says revenue growth accelerated in its second half, with full-year revenue up 9% to £59.9 million. Double-digit growth is expected next year as Grassmuno enters its first full peak treatment season. Ecora Royalties (LSE:ECOR) saw its quarterly portfolio contribution jump 61% to $19 million, driven by record cobalt receipts from Voisey's Bay. Net debt has fallen to $74.9 million and the company expects further deleveraging through the rest of 2026. European Green Transition (AIM:EGT) says its wind services business is on track for £17-18 million in revenue this year after a strong first half. The company's repowering pipeline stands at 65 signed heads of terms across a 900-turbine customer base. Rockfire Resources (LSE:ROCK) has returned its best drilling result yet at its Molaoi zinc deposit in Greece, with grades appearing to strengthen at depth. A new drilling rig is due to arrive in Athens in late September. Bradda Head Lithium (AIM:BHL) has secured a drilling contractor for its Arizona lithium campaign, with the rig expected to mobilise by end of July.
