Question 1

Which markets are covered?

Accepted Answer

US, Canada, and all European exchanges — including microcaps and illiquid names on BME, Euronext, XETRA, Borsa Italiana, LSE, and more.

Question 2

How much does Lifetime cost?

Accepted Answer

Lifetime is a single payment of €97 (or $99 when the page is shown in dollars). It is the same price for everyone: no seat limits, no price tiers and no yearly fee. Once you've bought, you will never be charged again.

Question 3

What do I get with Lifetime compared to Free?

Accepted Answer

Free gives you the screener with up to 200 results per screen, up to 5 filters, up to 3 saved screens, up to 5 alerts, and portfolio tracking for up to 5 positions — supported by ads. Lifetime unlocks everything Pro includes: no ads, unlimited filters and results, Charts (candlestick, technical indicators and drawing tools, up to 4 panels), CSV export, up to 10 saved screens, unlimited alerts, comparing up to 10 stocks, portfolio tracking for up to 50 positions, and all 42 legendary investor screens.

Question 4

What does “lifetime” mean?

Accepted Answer

You pay once and keep Pro access on your account for as long as ScreenerHero operates — no subscription, no renewal, nothing to cancel later. Lifetime is tied to your account and never becomes a recurring charge.

Question 5

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every Lifetime purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: email hello@screenerhero.com within 30 days of buying and we'll refund it. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Question 6

Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

The free screener runs without any signup. To buy Lifetime you need a free account — it takes a minute and your access is attached to it — and you go straight to secure Stripe checkout right after creating it. An account is also what lets you save filter presets across sessions or set alerts.

Question 7

How fresh is the data?

Accepted Answer

Prices update every weekday evening after markets close — typically within a few hours of the US session closing. Fundamental data (P/E, revenue, margins, EPS estimates) refreshes weekly. All data is end-of-day; real-time quotes are not available.

Question 8

How does ScreenerHero compare to Finviz or Stockopedia?

Accepted Answer

Finviz Elite covers US markets at $39.50/month and Stockopedia costs €80/month for US + European access. ScreenerHero covers the US, Canada and all of Europe — including microcaps no other screener touches — and Lifetime is a single payment instead of a monthly fee.

Question 9

Is my data safe?

Accepted Answer

ScreenerHero does not sell or share user data. Payment processing uses Stripe.
