1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScreenerHero (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not Financial Advice

All information provided by ScreenerHero — including but not limited to stock screener results, fundamental data, charts, rankings, and any derived metrics — is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. You should not interpret any content on ScreenerHero as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

3. Data Accuracy

ScreenerHero aggregates publicly available, end-of-day market data from third-party sources. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data displayed on the platform.

Data may be delayed, incorrect, or missing. You acknowledge that relying on such data for financial decisions is done entirely at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScreenerHero, its founders, contributors, and operators (collectively, "we", "us", or "our") expressly disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This includes, without limitation, any losses arising from:

  • Investment or trading decisions made based on data from this platform
  • Inaccurate, delayed, or missing market data
  • Interruptions, errors, or downtime of the Service
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any other matter relating to the Service

You use ScreenerHero entirely at your own risk. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for financial losses or damages of any kind resulting from the use of this platform.

5. Permitted Use

You may use ScreenerHero for personal, non-commercial research purposes. You may not scrape, redistribute, or resell data obtained from the platform. You may not use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that could impair its availability or performance for other users.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

7. Lifetime Access

Lifetime access is a one-time payment that gives one account access to the paid features listed for Lifetime on our pricing page, for as long as we operate the Service. It is not a subscription: nothing renews, and you are never charged again for it. It is personal to your account and cannot be transferred or resold.

Price. Lifetime costs €97 (US$99 when the page is shown in US dollars), paid once. The price shown at checkout when you pay is the price you pay, and it does not change afterwards.

30-day money-back guarantee. Email [email protected] within 30 days of buying and we will refund your purchase. This is in addition to, not instead of, any right you have by law.

Consumers. If you are a consumer, our obligations regarding Lifetime are limited to those required by EU consumer law and by the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, together with the 30-day guarantee above. Nothing in these Terms takes away a right that the law does not allow us to take away. In particular:

  • Withdrawal. You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights). The 30-day guarantee above gives you longer.
  • Conformity. The Service must be supplied and must conform to what we describe. If it does not, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity, to a reduction in price, or to end the contract and be refunded, as set out in Directive (EU) 2019/770 on digital content and digital services.
  • Changes. If we change the Service, or stop offering it, in a way that negatively affects your access or use by more than a minor amount, you may end the contract and be refunded as that directive provides, and we will tell you about the change clearly and in advance as it requires.
  • Unfair terms. Terms that are unfair to consumers are not binding on them (Directive 93/13/EEC on unfair terms in consumer contracts).

Where this section conflicts with Section 4 (Limitation of Liability) or Section 6 (Modifications to the Service), this section prevails for consumers. Outside the EU/EEA, or if you are not a consumer, the 30-day guarantee is the refund right we offer, without prejudice to any mandatory law that applies to you.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
