Partners Group Inflows Soothe Private-Market Jitters

A surge in redemptions at some of Partners Group’s private-market funds hasn’t stopped the Swiss investment giant from pulling in more assets. Partners raised $16 billion in the first half of the year, the firm said Wednesday, adding that it was on track to haul in up to twice that amount for the full year. Partners stock fell sharply last month after the firm capped redemptions at a flagship fund because of high demand from investors to get their money back.
