The cash goes towards its Augusta-1 well, with drilling targeted for early 2027. Optima Health (AIM:OPT, OTC:OHLTF, FRA:J3N) has cleared its final regulatory hurdle for its £100 million acquisition of PAM Healthcare. The deal is now set to complete around 26 March.
