Seeing Machines Ltd (AIM:SEE, OTC:SEEMF, FRA:M2Z) has picked up a $3.8 million order for its Guardian driver monitoring system from a leading North American autonomous driving company. CEO Paul McGlone says fourth-quarter Guardian revenue has already exceeded the entire third quarter, pointing to real momentum in the aftermarket division. IXICO PLC (LSE:IXI, OTC:PHYOF, FRA:PYPB) has launched version 10 of its IXI neuroimaging platform, bringing faster processing, greater data capacity and improved image analysis for clinical trials. The upgrade also supports the company's broader TechBio strategy, opening the platform to external licensing and partnerships beyond its traditional contract research role. Kromek Group PLC (AIM:KMK) expects full-year revenue and profit to meet market expectations, with £27.2 million in revenue and £2.15 million profit before tax targeted for the year to April 2026. Growth in its CBRN Detection division and £8.8 million of new orders in the second half helped offset some supply chain disruption in Advanced Imaging. Pantheon International PLC (LSE:PIN, FRA:PAA0) is selling a £224 million portfolio of private equity fund interests and returning at least 80% of the proceeds to shareholders through buybacks. The deal forms part of a strategic refocus around roughly 25 core managers, with the number of general partners already cut by nearly a third since November. Bango PLC (AIM:BGO, OTCQX:BGOPF) is appointing Darcy Antonellis as non-executive chair at its upcoming AGM, replacing executive chair Ray Anderson who will stay on as non-executive founder director. Antonellis brings board-level experience across technology, media and digital platforms including current roles at Cinemark and Xperi. Thor Explorations Ltd (TSX-V:THX, AIM:THX, OTC:THXPF, FRA:T2X) has appointed former Harmony Gold chief executive Bernard Swanepoel to its board as it prepares to build its second mine and transition to underground mining at Segilola. Swanepoel spent 25 years in senior mining roles, including leading Harmony Gold to become one of the world's largest gold producers.
